Parties/Events: To maintain the tranquility of our neighborhood, parties or events are not permitted. The home enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $500. Quiet Hours: Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time. Noise complaints could lead to cancellation and eviction. Occupancy: The number of people on the property must not exceed the confirmed guests on your reservation. This policy is in place for your safety and insurance purposes. Any people more than the confirmed amount will be charged $65 per extra guest per night, and any undeclared guest in the reservation will be required to vacate for trespassing. Parking: Kindly park only in designated areas — specifically the driveway and garage. No street parking is permitted. Management is not responsible for any loss, damage, or penalties incurred while vehicles are on the premises. Smoking: Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please ensure all cigarettes are fully extinguished and disposed of properly in outdoor trash containers — not on the lawn or the backyard Any violations will result in a $500 charge. Safety Disclaimer: We want all guests to have a fun and safe experience during their stay. Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the hot tub, sauna, fire pit, arcade games, and toys. All guests assume full responsibility and risk when using any of the home’s amenities, including but not limited to the hot tub, sauna, fire pit, and game room. Please note, our home is not childproof. Heavy furniture is not wall-mounted, cleaning supplies are located in unlocked cabinets under the sink, and there are breakable items throughout the home. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms and agree to supervise all children and guests responsibly during your stay. Hot Tub: For the best experience and to maintain water quality, all guests are required to shower with soap before entering to remove oils, lotions, and other residues. Be sure to turn off jets and lights and replace the cover after use. No glass cups, bottles, or bowls are allowed inside or near the hot tub for safety reasons. Please ensure children and pets are supervised at all times around the hot tub area. Sauna: Please turn off all lights and controls after use, and leave the door slightly open for airing and ventilation. Late Check-Out: A charge of $50 per hour will apply for any late check-outs that were not approved in advance. Damages: Any damages to the property will be charged to the guest. Security: If we have to dispatch security for any reason to your rental, there will be a $200 charge that will be billed to the guest. If security is dispatched multiple times, this will be grounds to terminate your reservation, along with an additional $100 fee per visit after the initial charge. Cleaning: Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest — someone who tidies up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, places used towels in the washer, and leaves the home generally as they found it. This is not a hotel, and we appreciate guests who treat the space with care. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional $300 cleaning fee will apply, and there will be a $20 fee for unclean dishes. To help preserve our carpet and flooring, we kindly request that guests refrain from wearing shoes inside the home and leave shoes by the front or back door area. Please also leave used beds unmade at checkout — this helps our cleaning team identify which linens need to be replaced. Before you leave, please run the dishwasher with any used dishes and place all dirty towels in the laundry room laundry basket. Trash: Please place all trash in bags, seal them, and dispose of them in the outside trash bins. Pets: We happily welcome up to two dogs at our home with prior approval and an added pet fee: Short-term stay: $50/night/pet Mid-stays: $30/night/pet If you're bringing a pet, please remember to clean up after them. While we love pets, we recommend taking them with you on outings — there are many dog-friendly activities to explore. If you need to leave them alone, please ensure they are crated for their safety and comfort. To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that pets refrain from sleeping on beds or couches, especially considering future guests who may have allergies. allergies. You’ll have full access to the home, including the garage, driveway, backyard, hot tub, sauna, and game room. Please note there are two locked supply closets reserved for housekeeping and maintenance that are not accessible to guests.
